If you change your mind about your order or if you receive faulty or incorrect goods Ozeinks is happy to make an exchange or give you a refund or credit providing certain conditions are met.
• You must complete the Return Authorisation Form or Exchange Authorisation Form, email it to us and then include a copy with the returned goods. • The goods must be returned within 10 days. • The goods must be returned in their original packaging. • They must be in a resaleable condition. • The original invoice must be returned with the goods (but don’t forget to keep a copy for yourself).
We must receive the products before we can give you a refund, credit or an exchange. If you need replacement goods immediately, we suggest you place a new order through the website and then send back the unwanted products for a refund or credit.
Remember all returns must be made within 10 days.
Organising a refund Please don’t forget to include a daytime telephone number when you return the goods. As soon as they arrive we will phone you for your credit card details and credit you straightaway for the amount you paid - less freight & handling fee from the original order and a restocking fee of $7.00 inclusive of GST.

Make sure products you are returning are packed sturdily and securely to avoid any damage in transit. Additional charges may be incurred for any damage that occurs.
Incorrect address
In circumstances where goods have been returned to us because an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of ordering, we will charge an additional delivery fee to cover the cost of re-sending of goods.
