Q : Do your products come with a guarantee
A : Our complete product range comes with 100% guarantee – and we won't quibble if, by any chance, a defect is found. For full details see our 'No Quibble Guarantee'.
Q : What is the difference between OEM and compatible cartridges?
A : OEM is an abbreviation of 'Original Equipment Manufacturer' – in other words a cartridge from the printer manufacturer - like Epson, Hewlett-Packard or Canon. Compatible cartridges are brand new cartridges made by another company to meet (or exceed) the specifications and quality standards that you would find in the OEM product. In Ozeink's case our compatible range provides you with a great quality, great value alternative to the much more expensive OEM brand names. Q : Will compatible or remanufactured cartridges damage my printer
A : No. They work exactly the same as OEM cartridges and are manufactured to the highest standards.
Q : How easy are they to install?
A : You install our cartridge in exactly the same way as OEM cartridges. They are individually wrapped in foil and have a tab that you remove just like the OEM version. We do recommend that you use head cleaning or nozzle cleaning utility that is installed in every printer every time you replace a cartridge – OEM or compatible/remanufactured.
Q : Will the use of your Ozeink cartridges void the warranty on my printer?
A : No – you’re still covered. After all, if you buy a car you don’t have to buy petrol or oil from the dealer. The Manufacturer’s Warranty still covers you. It’s the same with your printer and the ink it uses.
Q : Will the print quality be equivalent to OEM cartridges?
A : Yes, your prints will be at least the equivalent of OEM cartridges – and, in some cases, the ink cartridge will last even longer.
Q : How do you keep the prices so low?
A : Typically you will save between 10% and 50% over the cost of an OEM cartridge. The reason we can offer these tremendous savings is because our cartridges come straight from the factory and we only sell them over the web. Therefore, we can keep our overheads to a minimum.

Q : How will I know if my order has been received?
A : You will receive confirmation by email.
Q : How secure is your website if I want to use my credit card?
A : Extremely secure, We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using the Ozeink’s shopping system over the internet.
Q : What are the shipping and handling costs?
A : A blanket postage and handling charge of $10.00 incl GST for any size order, anywhere in Australia.
Q : How long should I expect to wait for my order to arrive?
A : If a cartridge is advertised for sale on the Ozeinks site it means your order should be processed and mailed out to you within 48 hours (allowing for weekends and public holidays). So, as we rely on Australia Post – you should expect your order to arrive between 2 & 4 days of placing your order.
