Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges Brand Name cartridges (Epson, Hewlett Packard and Canon etc) are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. If you have a defective OEM item, please contact the manufacturer to verify their warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.
Back Orders Back order items are products that are not currently in stock. These items are on order from the manufacturers. If you order an item that is out of stock and we are unable to provide the product immediately, we will notify you by email and let you know when the products will be arriving at our warehouse and when they will be available for dispatch. If the alternative delivery date is not acceptable, then you may cancel the order.
